Community Support and Collaboration in Women’s Social Cooperative Krusha E Madhe

Abstract This research aims to determine the role of women in development rural areas through agriculture and integration into society Kosovo. An observational, quantitative, cross-sectional case study was conducted for this purpose. Primary data collected from employees cooperative “Krusha e Madhe” Kosovo a questionnaire survey, interviews, observations. The social under is good example how bringing disadvantaged together can help improve economic life psychological trauma caused by war. results prove that there indeed significant increase community life, cooperation, trust, quality communication since establishing cooperative.
